The document reads: "Astan-i Quds received thirty nine tumans, sugar, tea, tobacco, lemon and Seville orange juice, etc. [illegible], and gratuity for the innkeeper for the expenses of the Rawzah for the royal Kishikkhanah, endowed by Anis al-Dawlah, for the stipend of myself, Muhammad ʻAli, her representative [for guardianship]." On margin: "Muqarrab al-Khaqan Mirza ʻAli Akbar Mustawfi and Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurers of Astan-i Quds, should issue financial drafts about the endowment of Anis al-Dawlah."

A contract between ‘Alaviyah Khadijah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Sayyid ‘Ali from Khuy, and her husband, Haji Ahmad from Khuy, about staying at Haji Ahmad's house, after the divorce and end of the waiting period until her departure to Khuy, and paying eleven tumans monthly as rent. She should also pay six thousand dinars for using clothing and jewelry. At the time of her departure to Khuy and her remuneration, the cost of clothing will also be taken into account.

Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death.
